This Privacy Notice describes the policy of Northern Mortgage Services llc regarding personal information about you. Our policy applies to the principal office and its branch operations. This Privacy Disclosure is to inform you of the defined terms of our relationship with you, the type of information we collect and our use of it.

We have the highest respect and security of our use and collection of your personal nonpublic information. Our relationship begins with a signed application by you and our representative. This relationship terminates when your loan has closed and funded with the lender who has approved and agreed to fund and service your loan.

Non-public information collected through the process is that information provided by you on your application and disclosures such as marital status, dependent information, age, social security numbers, current and previous address information as well and employment, liability and asset information.

Public information collected through the process is that obtained from state, government and local sources as well as consumer credit agencies.

We will not disclose, share or sell any nonpublic personal information about you while you are in process with us, or after your loan has closed and funded. The information we collect is strictly used in the underwriting and approval process of your particular loan transaction and for no other purpose. We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide services to you.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state regulation to guard your nonpublic personal information.

This Privacy Notice is effective June 1, 2001. This Privacy Notice supersedes any previously issued Privacy Notice or Policy.
